One Life Psychiatry - is a unique brand, that offers holistic psychiatric, therapy, and alternative mental health care, which reserves all rights.  The company, the content (off-site/on-site), and services offered is protected by copyright to the USA, including other international countries, reserves all rights.

These terms will govern how and why you use onelifepsychiatry website and electronic medial records, contracted through Luminello (HIPPA compliant EMR), as well as doxy.me (video conferencing used through EMR - also HIPPA compliant).  Individuals accept these terms and conditions without any limitations or qualifications when using the website and its services.

Commitment

Our services cannot be used for any unlawful purpose. Any such use will be in violation of these Terms of Service. Individuals using these services should abide by all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. These terms and conditions prohibit any commercial use of any information or material available on the One Life Psychiatry site, without the expressed written consent.  If you do use the content on this website, you are required to reference the site as our webmaster can locate replicated content.  You cannot sell or modify any information you see on the One Life Psychiatry website.  Without explicit consent, you may not reproduce, display, distribute, or use any material for any commercial purpose without notifying and seeking permission from One Life Psychiatry, by emailing support@onelifepsychiatry.com

Conditions of Services 

• All consultation charges will be based on the treatment and services used by the individuals.

• We would prefer that all appointments be scheduled through the patient portal to reduce privacy issues as this highly secure and HIPPA complaint.  

• When you call One Life Psychiatry, you will be leaving a voicemail (which is secure - however not HIPPA complaint).  We would prefer if you message us through the patient support or email at support@onelifepsychiatry.com (which is a secure email).  Please fax any relevant documents that may be required through in stored on our secure database, which will be handled in a timely manner.  This information will not be used outside the organization and will be used for the psychiatric clinic’s purposes only.

• All consultations are performed by appointment only, which should be scheduled through the patient portal.  Appointments are given on a first-come, first-serve basis and at the discretion of the clinic.

• One Life Psychiatry reserves the right to cancel the appointment if patients don’t come within 15 minutes of the appointment time.

• The responsibility of following up for further treatments and getting the medication from either the clinic or a pharmacy of their choice lies solely with the patient. The patient must provide accurate information about their pharmacy to get their medications in a timely manner.  

• The clinic will not be responsible for any mental, emotional, or physical health complications that may arise from the cancellation and non-acceptance of appointments or missed appointments.

• The clinic will not be responsible for any mental, emotional, and physical health complications that may arise due to patients not taking prescribed medications on time.

• One Life Psychiatry will do random drug screen (required by the FDA) for controlled substances.  By law, it is illegal to prescribe controlled substance if the patient tests positive for other substances in their system.

• It is illegal and potentially criminal act, if patients were to sell or give away medications that were prescribed a clinical at One Life Psychiatry.  Each clinician has their own policy must we limit to refill amount till the next appointment to ensure compliance.  We will not give you refill without seeing you, based on multiple factors including potential side effects, ensuring compliance, practice high level of safety with psychotropic medications.

One Life Psychiatry has custom developed this website, the web content, layout, search engine optimization, blog, etc.  All content on the site is our original work, however we have reference various sites, which we have provided references to.  We respect the intellectual property rights of other parties.  If you feel there has been copyright infringement on our part or feel any information provided on our site is copied from your material, please contact One Life Psychiatry (email support@onelifepsychiatry.com) and provide any relevant documents or information to prove the same. We will review and proceed, according to level of relevance of such an infarction.

Any such modifications will come into effect immediately after posting and will be considered as accepted by patients. All services and materials given on the site and through One Life Psychiatry - Services (section) don’t have any warranty of any kind.  It is your responsibility as a patient or potential patient to see if we are the right fit for your underlying condition(s).  The content published on the site may sometimes include typographical errors or inaccuracies. One Life Psychiatry reserves the right to periodically makes changes to the information given on the site.
